2. Fundamentals

Fundamentals (seed-i001)

Description

Along with knowing the following techniques, it is the students responsibility to understand the concepts and why the techniques are done the way that they are.

Example: We glue the hand to our chest in a scissor sweep for the same reason that we block the arm when performing an upa on a mounted opponent. This reason being that if your opponent’s arm is free they can use their hand or elbow to post on the floor and maintain a top position.
